"We hired Randi to photograph our beach family portraits. Randi's skill and experience was apparent as she selected a specific time of day when the sunlight would provide the best lighting. Of course, she still brought along extensive equipment to enhance the lighting even more. We were all standing barefoot with our jeans rolled up and toes in the water and then wouldn't you know, a wave crept up and splashed us all. The fact that our clothes got a little wet added a special element of fun and surprise to our photos which Randi handled with grace and ease. My children then proceeded to completely immerse themselves in the water! Randi just took advantage of the moment and those might be my favorite photos of all. I loved all the photos so much, it was really hard to select only a few for framing. The experience was so much fun and Randi was a joy to work with. "I had the chance to work with Randi, when I proposed to my then girlfriend at the Boston Public Garden. Randi and I met up in advance and discussed game plan and what I had in mind such as the time, location, background.... Randi provided great suggestions to capture every moment of the proposal. Randi was very accommodating and helpful during the whole process. The day I was proposing, she was a very smooth operator and took some great pictures of us walking around the park. She positioned herself very well to capture every moment. After my girlfriend had said yes, we took many pictures at the park and other Boston iconic locations. "Randi took newborn photos of my son when he was 12 days old - she came to our home, brought all the props and equipment we would need and made the whole experience easy and fun, which matters when you have a 12 day old baby on your hands! She really put us at ease (neither my husband and I are great at having our picture taken!) and got some simply gorgeous shots of our baby so we can always remember how teeny he was in those first weeks.
